The college currently consists of ten departments: Department of Industrial Management (including Bachelor's, Ph.D., Continuing Bachelor's, and In-service Master's programs), Department of Business Administration (including Bachelor's, Master's, and Continuing Bachelor's programs), Department of Finance and Banking (including Bachelor's, Master's, and Continuing Bachelor's programs), Department of Accounting (Bachelor's program), Department of International Business (Bachelor's program), Department of Public Policy and Management (including Bachelor's and In-service Master's programs),Department of Tourism Intelligence Service and Technology (Bachelor's program),Department of Sports Technology and Leisure Management (Bachelor's program),Department of Hospitality Management (Bachelor's program) and Department of Culinary Arts and Gastronomy (Bachelor's program). The college also offers integrated programs, including the Executive Master's in Business Administration (EMBA, PMBA) and Doctoral programs in management, catering to the professional and academic development trends in business education and meeting industry demands.

In addition to multimedia classrooms and high-end projector-equipped rooms, the college has established several specialized teaching centers, including the "Business Innovation and Fintech Advanced Computer PBL Classroom," "Smart Manufacturing Center," "E-Business Operation and Decision Research Lab," "Finance and Investment Management Laboratory," "System Simulation and Analysis Research Lab," "Smart Factory Simulation Information Classroom," and "Multimedia Lecture Hall."

The curriculum design across departments emphasizes both professional and practical aspects, offering cross-disciplinary programs such as "Smart Manufacturing and Management," "Blockchain Applications," "Fintech: Algorithmic Trading," "Public Relations and Marketing Communication," and "Big Data Applications in the Health Industry," in collaboration with the Medical School, actively cultivating diverse and cross-disciplinary talent that meets workplace demands.
